6) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festival rush, or unforeseen events.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Ownership and risk of Products pass to you upon successful delivery.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned or lost, we may not be able to refund shipping charges or replace the product.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want every customer to have a smooth experience. However, because our drops are limited, we follow strict quality checks.

Returns/exchanges may be accepted only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Size issues (unless mentioned otherwise)
Tags are intact and the item is unworn/unwashed and in original packaging

No return/exchange will be accepted for:

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Products damaged due to customer handling

Items marked as “final sale”
