Return/Exchange Policy

At Live Events Merch, every product is created to represent a unique live experience. Since most of our merchandise is event-specific and limited edition, we follow a carefully defined return and exchange policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our creators.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong size, design, or product)

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the nature of live event merchandise, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during live events or pop-up stalls

  • Limited edition or event-exclusive merchandise

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage after delivery

  • Orders placed under sale or special promotional offers

Exchange Process

If your product qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and clear images/video of the issue

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Once approved, we will initiate the exchange based on availability of stock

If the requested item or size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product

  • Store credit

  • A refund (only in eligible cases)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality verification

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or printing batches are not considered defects

  • Size-related issues due to incorrect selection by the customer are not eligible for return

  • Live Events Merch reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on verification
